Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated, can-do attitude Program Lead who enjoys networking and

In this role, you would be leading and managing state-level programs in collaboration with our partner organisations.

As a State Program Lead, you would-
● Lead and manage state-level programs
● Manage relationships with the partnering organisations
● Work closely with partner organisations in program implementation
● Co-create program design and and solutions design with the partners
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program implementation
● Define program metrics and continuously track it
● Take data-driven decisions to devise strategies to improve programs metric
● Create knowledge and process documents that can help take programs to other states

Requirements and Qualifications:

● Graduation Degree
● Min 2 years of work experience in education sector
● Fieldwork/ Fellowship experience in education sector is preferential
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● English speaking and writing proficiency
● Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
● Reflective and articulative in work
● Can handle operational rigour
● Ability to work with cross-functional teams and possess stakeholder management skills
● Comfort and facility with technology
