Scope We will be doing 3-4 one-on-one in-depth interviews, and 1-2 small group discussions, each lasting 90-120 minutes. The sessions will be run virtually, over Zoom/WhatsApp

Dalberg Design is working on a project with a seed company that is looking to better understand farmers' needs, challenges and aspirations. For this, we want to talk to farmers in Karnataka through in-depth qualitative interviews, and need the support of a Kannada-English translator.

Timelines Our timelines are still being finalised, but the sessions will take place over 2-3 days, some time between August 4-13th. We will do 2 sessions a day. Compensation Translators will be compensated at competitive rates, which we are happy to discuss
