Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage Centre’s website and blog
- Manage centre’s social media handles
- Writing blog posts, packaging academic content for social media (especially twitter), or supporting field teams with multi-media content on gender, nutrition, and psychosocial wellbeing to be disseminated in rural communities.
- Contribute to video and other audio-visual content development for SBCC modules
- Secondary literature review documentation, preparing tools for research pertinent to research studies
- Identify and document success stories/ stories of change from programme sites and in written or visual forms
- Work with a multidisciplinary teams to finalize content for outputs
- Create reports and presentations as required
- Any other work assigned by the organisation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in programme rollout/ writing/ media/ communications, in managing community centered projects or research
- Masters in relevant fields like Communication, Development Studies, Development Management, Nutrition, Public Health, Social Work, Rural Management, Nutrition, Sociology, Demography, Anthropology or any other related fields. At least five years of experience
- Experience of working in multi-stakeholder collaborations preferably including DAY-NRLM/ SRLM or community microfinancing stakeholders.
- Experience in managing projects, monitoring and reporting project progress, experience in working on communications and media for development related projects
- Technologically proficient in MS Office
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a high-level of attention to detail; Ability to read and interpret complex documents, and communicate information effectively to others, with strong interpersonal skills
- Personal initiative and dynamism; ability to work both independently and in a team, with the ability to set priorities, and work to tight deadlines
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- All educational professional and technical qualifications should be from a recognized Board/ University and full-time.
- The experience requirement specified should be experience acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualifications required for the post.
- Persons working in Govt. or Public Sector undertaking should produce “No Objection Certificate” at the time of Interview.
- Remunerations will be based upon years of relevant experience and level of expertise of the individual. The qualification, experience and other requirements for the posts may be relaxed at the discretion of the competent authority, in case of candidates who are otherwise suitable. Candidates not found suitable for the posts notified, can be offered a lower post on the recommendation of the Selection Committee.
- No TA/DA will be admissible to appear in the interview.

- This position will be purely on a temporary/contractual basis for the specified period of time and based on project.
