Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review, document and monitor capacity building processes under the programme
- Support state department in integration of programme interventions in Food Health Nutrition and WASH action plans for other states
- Support capacity building activities for departments and other stakeholders involved in programme implementation
- Monitor status of milestones and deliverables and ensure activities are occurring as planned.
- Analyse operational program metrics and trends to identify areas of optimisation
- Analyse program outputs and outcomes
- Proactively identify risks and issues on programs/projects – advising team on management of the same
- Ensure adherence to program governance
- Prepare reports for donor as per the donor requirements
- Presentation to internal and external stakeholders on overall program status
- Any other work assigned by the organisation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s in Public Health, Development Policy or other relevant social sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in working on government projects
- Preference will be given to those candidates who have substantial field experience and end-to-end understanding of project/program life cycle
- Understanding of public health with focus on maternal and child health in India
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Should have the ability to write research reports and articles
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- All educational professional and technical qualifications should be from a recognized Board/ University and full-time.
- The experience requirement specified should be experience acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualifications required for the post.
- Persons working in Govt. or Public Sector undertaking should produce “No Objection Certificate” at the time of Interview.
- Remunerations will be based upon years of relevant experience and level of expertise of the individual. The qualification, experience and other requirements for the posts may be relaxed at the discretion of the competent authority, in case of candidates who are otherwise suitable. Candidates not found suitable for the posts notified, can be offered a lower post on the recommendation of the Selection Committee.
- No TA/DA will be admissible to appear in the interview.

- This position will be purely on a temporary/contractual basis for the specified period of time and based on project.
