Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

1. Support the development and adherence of best practices and standards to maintain consistency across all communications
2. Build and maintain good internal rapport to source, create & publish internal success stories.
3. Have good Communication skills for preparing emailers, newsletters, event/marketing creatives, articles, video scripts etc.
4. Have written & spoken English proficiency, basic spoken & written skills in Tamil, Hindi and any other regional languages welcome.
5. Creativity, Eye for detail, Positive Attitude, Adaptability to Danfoss DNA, Knowledge on social media, HTML & other communication tools
6. Adherence to Danfoss global communication and design standards. 
7. Support internal events, CSR activities, communication campaigns, etc. and be open to learning new skills like Intranet, SharePoint, Chatter, etc. 

Success Criteria:

1. Evaluation against the agreed deliverables set in Danfoss India Performance Management System
2. On the Job observation & Stakeholder Feedback

Background & Skills:

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

1. Graduate/Post Graduate with Mass Communication competency and min.3yrs years of prior experience in Communication related profiles
2. First preference for candidates with University level education (UG/PG Degree) in related subjects.
3. Second preference – for Visual Communication, English Literature, PR & Journalism, MSW candidates
4. Good spoken & written skills in English is a must; Tamil & Hindi basic skills preferred
5. A passion for a career in Corporate Communication, a drive for out of the box conceptualization, positive & friendly attitude that helps in working together & creating mutual successes, adaptability and openness for new learnings, good stakeholder management skills
6. Prior Experience of working  on CSR/Communication/Event related assignments/ projects/ internships would be an advantage
7. Good organizational, planning, technical and project management skills required 
8. Strong interpersonal skills - a collaborative work style, fostering co-operation and teamwork and comfortable working with colleagues from every level of the organization
