Preferred Qualification:

● Age- 18 to 35 years

● Graduate, preference will be given to 12th pass with a Diploma in Animal Husbandry from a Centre/ State Government recognized institution

● Previously worked with SRLM directly or as a consultant

● 1-3 years poultry management experience in rural context,

Work Experience required:

1-3 years work experience poultry management and marketing in rural context, and overall 2-3 years in community mobilization, SHG promotion and skill building of community members on livestock management. Total years of experience should not be more than 5 years

Travel required: intensively within designated Blocks/Panchayats & as per requirement, It is a field job and the candidate needs to travel 4-5 days in a week

Requirement:

Must have his/ her own two wheeler with a valid driving license; Should be open to stay and work at Block Level and have a functional laptop, smartphone. Willing to work in non native district ie, willing to work outside of your native district

Remuneration: Gross 18000 to 20000 INR/month with travel allowances

Languages: Written and spoken fluency in Hindi
