Job Description
We are looking for

– someone (preferably from Gurgaon) who has a deep interest in curriculum for teacher training and has training experiences

– who is good in strategizing and designing content and will be able to take up the challenges and is solution driven

– We want someone who can be a part of our vision and can contribute to make our vision successful, someone who is a self-starter.

– Must have – Should be able to speak in English and Hindi

– Should have teaching and training experiences, should be fairly good in Math to support the teachers with pedagogical strategies to teach the same

Salary : 5-6 LPA

Role & Responsibilities

• Create modules for teacher training for the whole academic session.
• Create training content understanding the relevance and outcome of it.
• Observe in house center teachers and support teachers with effective feedback
• Identify the area of development and create training sessions based on need analysis for the coordinators.
• Facilitate training sessions
• Create monthly report and manage data.
• Mentor coordinator and track growth of the program.
• Strategize and suggest different approaches to solve challenges faced by the teachers at the center
• Create Impact Assessment Report
