Position: Manager, Marketing Communications

Responsibilities:

1. Specify different target audiences for different programmes and able to target accordingly.
2. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
3. Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
4. Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through digital advertisements channels like FB, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Ads. 
5. Help analyze marketing data by making reports (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and to analyze marketing spends.
6. Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation technology, including writing content for newsletters, designing mailers, execution and list refinement
7. Design and execute new lead generation methods, generate new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, and nurture existing leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
8. Improve UX of users from all channels and design best practices for website interface.
9. Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid platforms.
10. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
2. Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media/Advertisements etc.).
3. Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools like Google Analytics.
4. Tech Savvy, proficiency with google drive, docs,sheet etc. and software for email marketing (MailChimp, Sendinblue etc), Ads platforms.
5. Well-organized and detail oriented
6. Exceptional communication and writing skill
7. Content/Copywriting skills
8. Basic design skills for user-friendly platforms like Canva
9. A knack for problem-solving
10. A team player with leadership skills
11. A continuous learner

Location: Rashtram School of Public Leadership, Rishihood University Campus, Sonipat, Haryana
