Position: Assistant Manager/Manager, Analytics and Insights

Role Summary: The incumbent will be responsibility for providing insights and analytics that can ensure improved outcomes for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Aid with respect to outreach and admissions ensuring enhanced student experience.
Responsibility:
- Derive insights and information from data to support outreach, admissions and communication strategies.
- Define and oversee data integrity and compliance with appropriate data standards.
- Define and fulfil reports, dashboards as required for management decisions.
- Document the admissions enrolment processes based on user requirements.
- Undertake technological development of the admissions software, working with internal tech team and service partners.
- Create and adhere to the roadmap for development releases, ensuring on time and bug free implementation of planned releases.
- Provide insights that can ensure better student experience and enable the achievement of Admissions goals.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to create, understand and process the data and various frameworks while producing accurate and quality information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and seniors
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills including Public Speaking.
- High proficiency to operate MS Office, technology oriented.
- Professional demeanor and friendly/congenial personality.
- Handles pressure and is able to gently yet firmly communicate the policy regarding admission process.
Qualification: 6-8 years of relevant experience
