Position: Manager, Digital Marketing

Role Summary:
The role holder’s responsibility is to be involved in planning, ideating, developing and executing the multi-channel communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualisation of segment-specific campaigns to nurture leads from application to enrolment
- Planning and strategizing the content calendar
- Definition of student personas and management of e-mail communication campaigns for students, including creation of landing pages and campaign optimisation to improve the conversion funnel at every stage
- Tracking, analysing and reporting campaign performance
- Working with social and SEO agencies to plan engagement campaigns including creation of landing pages and campaign optimisation
- Coordinate with creative and design teams to create specific digital resources and content
- Management of school counsellor and student list
- Market analysis and reporting
Key Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues.
- Excellent written communication skills for producing high quality content
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Networking and analytical skills
- Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms
- Excellent IT skills.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate with 6-8 years of relevant experience
