Position: Manager, Digital Marketing

Role Summary:

The role holder’s responsibility is to be involved in planning, ideating, developing and executing the multi-channel communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualisation of segment-specific campaigns to nurture leads from application to enrolment
  • Planning and strategizing the content calendar
  • Definition of student personas and management of e-mail communication campaigns for students, including creation of landing pages and campaign optimisation to improve the conversion funnel at every stage
  • Tracking, analysing and reporting campaign performance
  • Working with social and SEO agencies to plan engagement campaigns including creation of landing pages and campaign optimisation
  • Coordinate with creative and design teams to create specific digital resources and content
  • Management of school counsellor and student list
  • Market analysis and reporting

  • Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues.
  • Excellent written communication skills for producing high quality content
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Networking and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms
  • Excellent IT skills.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Post Graduate with 6-8 years of relevant experience
