Candidate Age- 45 years and above
Education -BHMS or BAMS
Preferred - Work Experience in 75 to 100 Bed Hospital with good understanding of overall Hospital Management/Adminsitration

Duties and Responsibilities:
A) Statutory Compliance Management
B) Hospital Operations
C) Standardization
D) Event Management
E) Community Ophthalmic Outreach Programmer –Planning, co-ordination and monitoring
F) Strengthen the existing system
G) Liaison with various foundation
Hospital Operations:
A) Development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures with concurrence with Medical Director/CED
B) Deployment, supervision, capacity building monitoring of entire. Paramedics in conjunction with Medical Director.
C) Spearheading the management activities and operations of eye hospital and leading the team of nursing staff, paramedical staff, Medical Social Workers Team, streamlining managements information system in hospital
D) Maintain the departmental protocols and reviewing the existing protocols in the OPD and OT
E) Ensuring all equipments are in working conditions at all times.
F) Ensuring the consumable indents are received from OPD, Ward and OT and having a steady supply of consumables at all times
G) Check on stores for indent and supply
H) Conducting regular training sessions for the Para-Medical Staff and the workmen by securing available sources.
I) Monitoring the efficiency of standards of diagnosis, investigation and treatment of patients in the hospital, monitoring clinical practices to ensure good clinical governance within the hospital.
J) Acting as liaison between governing board medical staff and department heads and integrating the activities of all departments so that they functions as a whole.
K) Identifying local vendors for consumables , vendor valediction and credit management, lead purchase committee
L) Coordinating with the maintenance staff to ensure smooth functioning of electrical units, gas plants, plumbing units, and cleanliness.
M) Developing procedures and documentation for health insurance claims in conjunction with the accounts department.
N) Ensuring high quality of housekeeping and optimum resource utilization of for maximum service quality.
O) Coordinating internal quality audit issues.
P) Upkeep of sanitation of hospital and land scaping.
Q) Check on infection control, disaster managements, fir safety
R) Ability to handle disciplinary action, grievances , patients handing related issues ,
S) BMW Management
T) Capacity to provide alternate arrangement on duty staff in case of leaves of the staff or emergencies.
Standardization:
A) Ensuring ISO and NABH documentation and compliance.
B) Training the staff on ISO and NABH.
C) Attending audits and ensuring compliance
D) Hospital Information Software- efficient implementation
E) Ensuring the writing of the Administrative SOP and its efficient implementation
Event Management:
A) Making all the logistical arrangements for the events.
B) Assisting the Marketing department with all the communication material that might be required for the events.
C) Supervision of the Patients Relations Officer in conducting the marketing events at the Hospital.
General:
A) Effective oral and writing communication
B) Maintenance and Upkeep of infrastructure, Equipments and legal documents
C) Ensure security, safety initiatives
