Position: Program Associate - Strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake Knowledge management by collecting and collating information available for the Oxygen supply and management & carry out analysis of data being reported in the public domain.
  • Undertake landscape assessments to seek, sense and analyze trends in the funding environment and develop strategy documents.
  • Conduct secondary research and landscape analysis for material contribution to the development of concept notes and proposals.
  • Support the program team in engaging with PATH’s state-level teams to collect updates on project progress, challenges, and potential solutions.
  • Support the team in coordinating the project management process internally within PATH & external stakeholders.
  • Support in preparing project collaterals such as field assessment reports, donor reports, work plans, strategy updates, factsheets, and policy briefs
  • Support the team in preparing for meetings internally and externally, including conducting background research on meeting participants and organization focus areas.
  • Support the team in ensuring effective project reporting at the National Level.
  • Assist the Project Manager in coordination and execution of the program partnership in multiple states and related program work.
  • Support Project Manager on designing program strategy, creating an action plan, and formulating work plans.
  • Deliver any other need-based tasks as requested by the team.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree at a reputed school with relevant experience of 2-3 in Public Health/Consulting Organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a complex environment.
  • Comfort with collaborating across all levels of leadership internally.
  • Critical analysis and strong report writing skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity-building approach to supporting staff development.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent in written and spoken English.
