Specific responsibilities:

Project implementation and monitoring:

• Supervise District team to make sure contacts of Index TB cases are being visited on time
• Implement and coordinate for effective monitoring of the project in consultation with the Program Manager
• Supervise District Lead to ensure proper liaise is established with district TB office
• To work in the project towards effectively fulfilling the stated objectives as mentioned in the project proposal.
• Assist Program Manager in periodic review of the project progress and modification as required.
• Oversee the project implementation ensuring timely deliverables and monitor the field teams
• Travel to districts for monitoring of project activities.

Capacity Building:

• Build capacity of LTBI coordinator to make sure complete and correct message on LTBI management is shared with eligible contacts
• Provide technical guidance to district team in delivery required services to contacts of Index TB cases
• Build capacity of MIS person for scheduling Household visit of index TB patients
• Managing supply of up-to-date training materials
• Managing the training databases in appropriate language
• Assist Program Manager in reporting, evaluating and follow-up of technical trainings in agreed format and deadlines.

Recording and Reporting:

• Support District Lead in prepare and sharing monthly summary reports to different stakeholders
• Assist Program Manager in preparing monthly report to share with State level stakeholders and PR
• Assist Program Manager in designing quarterly action plan
• Preparing timely reports of project activities on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Perform other relevant duties aligned with the project objectives as required by Program Manager.

Locations: Bhopal and Kolkata

Geographical scope: The ‘Assistant Programme Manager’ will travel to the projects at short notice.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience, post qualification.
