This role is definitely not for those expecting to sit in cubicles and to the faint-hearted! Here you will have travel in intense rains and shivering cold, go to the remote villages with dilapidated roads, face the winds and take it all in your stride.

What we at least expect from you:

1- A minimum bachelor’s degree in any course with above 70% course grade.

2- At least a year of work experience in program implementation and working across hierarchies and teams, whether in corporate or, in the public sector.

3- Stronghold on MS Office.

4- Strong communication skills.

5- Pre-MBA/MPP/MPA candidates will be preferable.
