M.B.B.S from a recognized institute, registered with Haryana Medical Council

Knowledge of Hindi Upto Matric Level

 Important instructions:
1: The candidates to ensure that they fulfill eligibility criteria and all qualifications for the said post
2: The contract period for the post is under urban health mission posts is initially up to 31.03.2022, strictly on performance basis till district Rop issued for F.Y. 2021-22 for may be extended further up to 31.03.2022 on the receipt of administrative approval.
3: No TA/DA  will be paid for attending written test/interview
4: Reservations will be given as per Haryana government policy
5: Candidates are instructed to visit website nhmharyana.gov.in only for any update / change /Corrigendum (if any) as no separate communication will be sent for this
6: Number of post can be increased or decreased
7: Selection criteria will be as per NHM norms
8: If it is found that any candidate has furnished false information / document at any stage of the selection process her / his appointment / recruitment will be cancelled / terminated immediately.

The candidates must bring their own complete original documents one set of attested documents of qualification on the date of walk in interview like (basic and additional detail marksheet of Asia valid registration certificate caste certificate and experience certificate ) 
Resident proof any two out of these bracket only Aadhar Card / ration card / voter card / passport / residency certificate issued by tehsildar bracket close and to passport size attested photographs.

Eligible candidates may appear in the office of civil surgeon, A block , 5th floor premise of civil hospital sector 6 Panchkula for the below mentioned post under National health mission urban health mission on contract basis.
