• who graduated (in any stream/discipline) from top tier colleges in India and abroad

• have worked in similar roles or have strong interest in the roles

• who are passionate about the education reform and realize that their actions can translate into real-life impact on the ground.

• Operating style suited to working in a small-organization setting, where teamwork and resourcefulness are highly valued

• Driven to excel in every aspect of work with high level of innovation and strong perseverance

• Entrepreneurial spirit and ‘can-do’ attitude

• T-Shaped Approach: have both breadth in how to collaborate and innovate across disciplines and depth in specific areas of expertise.
