In this role you will:

• Create, modify and maintain data collection and analysis templates to aid report generation as well as dashboard maintenance
• Execute data collation, cleaning up and analysis of data from various sources
• Analyse, report and present the data collected from various sources - like surveys, apps, web login data etc.
• Highlight, on a regular basis, data discrepancies as well as inadequacies to improve the overall data collection process
• Help monitor dashboards as well the data that feeds into these dashboards
• Provide project based status updates to relevant stakeholders

You will thrive in this role if you:

• Are familiar with data visualization software like Power BI, Tableau etc.
• Have used survey generation tools like Kobo, QuestionPro, Survey Monkey etc.
• Have excellent data analysis and visualisation skills
• Are comfortable with academic long form writing
• Are familiar with qualitative data analysis
• Are meticulous, organised, detail oriented and have strong time management skills
• Have a professional qualification in Monitoring & Evaluation
• Understand the work of and add value to the other elements in the Madhi ecosystem

Other mandatory prerequisites include:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage
• A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Development Studies
• Excellent written communication skills in English along with proficiency in oral communication in Tamil. Extra points if you possess written communication skills in Tamil
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and G Suite

• Lead, Data for Governance

Location:

• Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Remuneration:

• Rs. 4.8-7.2 lakhs per annum and other perquisites
