Position: TML – BAIF SPARK Fellowship Program (2021 – 2022)

The TML – BAIF SPARK Fellowship Programme launched by BAIF Development Research Foundation (www.baif.org.in) in association with Tata Motors Limited (CSR Initiative) is a unique opportunity for young professionals to explore the possibility of uniting their educational / professional background with socially-relevant work. this 

BAIF Program Locations: 
This is a full time residential program, where Fellows are expected to stay at any one of the field locations from BAIF’s operational area in Nashik, Pune or Ahmednagar Districts of Maharashtra. 

Fellowship Period: 
Minimum 12 months and likely to be extended by 6 – 8 months depending on performance.

Focused Thematic Areas: 
Fellows are expected to come up with some innovative or incubation ideas related to the following thematic areas.
1. Economic prosperity of small land holding farmers
2. Post-harvest management for avoiding waste loss of farm produce
