Program Supervision, Training, and Accountability
- Lead the program team and execute all program activities with on ground management
- Provide leadership to the program Team (staff and interns) through \ supervision and reviews, consultation, training and support to ensure contract compliance and program quality
- Evaluate individual and overall team performance on a regular and ongoing basis; use collected data and information to make needed improvements including adjustments as needed
- Ensures that participant and program goals (program, financial, personnel, professional development, and training) are met in accordance with established contract program policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in the development of program site budgets and monitor program performance according to set budget guidelines.
- Actively monitor assigned supervisees’ performance goals and professional development in accordance with agency expectations.
- Conduct workshops, shoots, documentation along with semi-annual performance evaluations for the team; proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
- Organize and conduct staff and intern trainings and in-services in accordance with requirements and contract expectations
- Manage all accounts, relationships and maintain legal requirements as necessary
- Actively participate with the hiring and orientation process of new staff members.
- Complies with and enforce agency administrative procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and reduce delay and complications.
- Coordinate with external partners
- Identify and oversee logistical requirements for site
Qualifications:
- Prior experience of at least 1 year of managing a site for a development related project
- Degree in social sciences or related field preferred
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Should be comfortable with using Microsoft Excel, Power Point
