• Motivate multi functional team to deliver profitable volumes
• Account and Data Management
• Adapt knowledge of customer strategies to company strategy to optimize sales potential
• Developing and executing effective account specific sales and marketing programs
• Working with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be
shared across eCommerce platforms.
• Developing, monitoring, writing and updating product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.
• Cultivating standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
• Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Possessing a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development,
consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.
• Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and
identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain good and active account health.
• Respond to all customer queries/returns/reviews/issues on time
• Actively manage promotions & discounts with best profits during sale.
• Keep a track of catalog errors in terms of mrp/inventory/discounts/product description.
• Analyse sales data and improve sales.
• Competitive analysis of the same products on different portals.
• Manage sales invoicing to dispatch individually.
• Attend and understand portals meetings if needed.
