Job Description:
Janssen India, Johnson & Johnson Private Limited is recruiting for an experienced, highly motivated individual to serve as a Field Program Manager as part of the Infectious Disease and Vaccines (IDV) franchise.
This is an individual contributor role based out of Patna and the incumbent will be responsible for driving market access and scientific engagement activities to ensure optimum adoption of newer drug containing regimens for Drug-Resistant TB (DR-TB) patients. This role would require extensive liaising and coordination with relevant external stakeholders to build capacities to manage DR-TB as per the latest treatment guidelines; and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to co-create and implement public health initiatives to improve access to appropriate diagnosis and treatment of DR-TB.
