Education Qualification:• Graduate Degree/Engineering Degree in computer applications/computer science/Information Technology with 3+ years of working experience in relevant field.

Essential Technical Skills:• Working knowledge for databases like SQL or MySQL, Ability to analyze and interpret data. IT skills on web server hosting, Working knowledge of MS Excel

Nature of Experience:At least 3 years of work experience in the field of IT system management or Web application administrator or data management

Job Descriptions:

A. Web portal management and administration

o Hosting p-MPSE Web portal on NIC server and Fixing the bugs related to hosting.

o Creation of dashboard and validations on the page with the agency or consultant.

o Facilitation the security audit of the portal.

o Perform role of Admin for the p-MPSE web portal and perform all the required admin functions for the smooth functioning of the portal

o Master Management: Process, upload and manage master data. o Monitor the progress of field activity through the portal and summarize the outputs

o Provide technical assistance to SACS and TI admin to create the users for maintain smooth operation.

o Day to day management of operational issues in the field.

o Troubleshooting day to day management of all modules of p-MPSE to ensure its smooth operation. includes enhancement to the existing application and design with proper documentation

o Generating the different data from the web portal as and when needed and

o Preparation of user manual and training material on web portal usage

o Resolving the issues of different roles at National, State and District facilitate the data management.

B. . Training and Capacity Building

o Training of NACO TI division on p-MPSE web portal

o Facilitate trainings of State and TSU.

o Monitoring and supervised the training at State and SACS.

C. . MPSE monitoring and Supervision

o Monitor and supervise the field-level activities of p-MPSE at State and district.

o Conduct field visits for critical assessment.

o Monitoring the community engagement through CAB.

o Data Analysis of the MPSE.

o Working in coordination with NACO IT and TI team.

o Any other work assigned by Reporting Officer Other job responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
