This is position requires to lead and manage the volunteer engagement processes & structure for the organisation

What we're looking for

Looking for a passionate hustler with a lot or zero experience with following priorities:

1. who can manage can design systems and processes to engage, manage and develop the community of volunteers in the organisation
2. is interested or passionate about engaging with people from different domain (corporate,social sector, individuals, college students, NGO partners etc.) to innovate volunteer engagement practices
3. who can make critical decisions to smoothen the processes.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Establish a good rapport with different volunteers on-boarded with the organisation
• Strategize, design & implement volunteers outsourcing on-boarding, training, engagement processes
• Facilitate regular update & review calls/meetings with volunteers to improve the processes
• Design & implement activities along with volunteers which can add meaning, learning, joy and pride to the volunteerism
• Take strategic designs to develop volunteerism as a sustainable and large scale impact program for the organisation
