About the job - 

We are looking for a Coordinator for our Migration Support Centre in Gurgaon. An individual who is willing to proactively work and immerse in the field with the community.

Roles and Responsibilities - 

To engage in community mobilization and meetings to understand the needs of the community and facilitate the required support through access to various rights and services like linkages with social security schemes like ESI, PF, etc, skill development and placement,  identity documentation, legal aid, etc. 
Coordination with labour unions, government departments, representatives in different institutions and building partnerships with them to work together towards enabling access to various rights and services in the community.
Providing timely feedback to improvise the program as per the emerging needs.
Salary: 20-25k 
Work Experience: 1 to 3 years
