Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate young professional to manage social impact incubation programs at MASH Project Foundation and undertake the following roles and responsibilities:
● Undertake implementation of incubation programs for social impact ventures
● Design and coordinate with facilitators and implement capacity building workshops for the startups of the program
● Identify suitable mentors for the program, onboard them, coordinate and assign them to the startups and ensure smooth engagement
● Work with communications team to design collaterals and visual content and manage social media platforms
● Identify and engage with key stakeholders through digital media handles
● Create and manage required documentation for the program

Requirements

● Prior experience in incubation management/ capacity building for social entrepreneurs is preferred.
● Critical problem-solving skills. Aptitude to formulate plans and manage resources.
● Strong personal communication & written communication skills to facilitate cross sector partnerships & client servicing
● Should have an understanding of project management and reporting
● Swift understanding of MS-Office especially preparing spreadsheets & presentations and basic design tools (Canva etc.)

● Should be able to organize events including pitches (demo-day)
