Ensure smooth functioning and coordination of the programme by supporting the Capacity Building Manager in his/her role.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in establishing relationships with stakeholders to deliver capability building.
• Help organise needs assessment sessions with various stakeholders.
• Carry out gap analysis and devise custom training.
• Coordinate the setting up of a knowledge base for capacity building.
• Help create a package of practices for the various crop, livestock, poultry, fishery systems for each of the agroclimatic zones.
• Help build the technology platform for capacity building.
• Facilitate the implementation and impact analysis for various stakeholders.
• Work with the secretariat to further the agenda of Natural Farming and scale the adoption of NF practices.

Qualifications
Deep passion for Natural Farming, Sustainable Agriculture, Agroecology and nurturing ecosystems. A minimum of 1 year of experience including a demonstrable track record of working and delivery in large programmes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language. Working knowledge of at least two other Indian languages. Relevant academic qualifications will be useful.

Base Location
Successful candidates are expected to relocate to Hyderabad (except State Coordinators who will be based out of their assigned State) after travel restrictions due to Covid-19 are lifted, and it is safe to move. Field visits, as and when needed, are part of the job.
Remuneration
Salaries will be based on the role and commensurate with qualification, skills and experience as per the sector norms.
