Role: Deputy Director- program Design and Quality
The Deputy Director - Programme Design and Quality (DD-PDQ) will ensure the design and implementation of the programs focussed on Teaching, learning, school management, and critical thinking for middle and secondary schools in India. They will ensure that the Organization's efforts align with global best practices, and use credible global evidence and lessons from programmes. The incumbent’s management and technical efforts will lead to the improvement of team and partner capacities to implement and course-correct high-fidelity
quality programming.

1. Lead Strategic Programme Development and Design
2. Technical Support to programs & Govt
3. Advocacy Support

Requirements
A Master's in Education, International Development, Impact Management or Social Sciences.
2. 10 - 15 years experience in providing and managing technical support to large-scale programmes and grants in middle, secondary, and/or higher education in the area of teaching, learning, and school management.
3. Demonstrated technical knowledge of the following areas in the context of education: education management, in-service and pre-service training, pedagogy, accelerated learning programs, student learning assessments, and improvements in the quality of teaching and learning.
