Qualifications:
MBBS 
Relevant experience in hospital management/administration
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Medical Superintendent in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
Doctor's Roster management. 
Coordinate with department heads to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
Supervise and support hospital staff to maintain high-quality standards of healthcare.
Participate in strategic planning and implementation of hospital policies.
