Education and experience :
● Advanced master's degree/Ph.D. in psychology/sociology/ program management/ rural development/ public health or equivalent with more than 15 years of experience in a leadership position managing health programs/social development programs/rural development – PRI programs/community engagement, and commendable experience in leading multi- state/national projects.
● Working experience in The Global Fund projects is desirable
● Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team leadership, strong interpersonal and team-building skills, project management and planning expertise, as well as organizational skills demanding effective task and time management.
