Experience- 5-7 years relevant intermediary level experience in any of the work stream (NRM, Water, Agriculture, Nutrition, Civil Engineering)

Education- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Agriculture, natural resource management, social work, rural management, rural development

 Communication skills (Read, Write) in English and knowledge of regional language is preferred

 Prior experience of leading an integrated rural development program

 Experience in working in the rural development projects with multi-stakeholders collaborations

Team Member-State Technical Team DRIWE-

South Experience- 12-15 years of relevant sectoral experience

Education- Postgraduate in Agriculture/ Veterinary/ Economics/ Management or other relevant study stream

 Demonstrated experience of working in the Animal-husbandry space or with rural enterprise development.

 Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and in a multi-cultural environment

 Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English and at least one vernacular language

 Communication skills in Hindi are desirable

Lead- Thematic Lead Farm- RCP, Navi Mumbai

Education- Post-Graduation degree in agriculture/Agronomy/ Pathology/ entomology/ Soil science etc.

Experience-10 -12 years in agriculture, development sector with special focus on promoting farm livelihoods at large scale

 Should be specialized in producing and improving crop quality

 Ability to train and nurture people at large scale

 Experience of working in large scale livelihood promotion and rural development programs at leadership position

 Experience of working with government agencies, leveraging resources

 Good communication skills and knowledge of regional languages would be an added advantage

 Should be a good team player with good interpersonal skills

 Requires experimentation, critical thinking and should have a scientific bent of mind

Lead- Thematic Lead – Non-Farm- RCP, Navi Mumbai

Education- PG in Agriculture/ Veterinary/ Economics/Development Sciences/ Management or other relevant study stream

Experience- 12-15 years of relevant sectoral experience in promoting agriculture allied and non-farm livelihoods

 Demonstrated experience of working on major agri-allied, non-farm subsector in livelihood promotion or with rural enterprise development.

 Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and in a multi-cultural environment.

 Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English and at least one vernacular language.

 Communication skills in Hindi are desirable
