Position:  CAO/Dy. 

Organization: Aayush Super specialty Hospital

Location: Gujarat

This is a full-time on-site role at Aayush Super specialty Hospital located in various parts of Gujarat. The CAO/Dy. CAO will be responsible for overseeing the hospital's daily operations, managing budgets, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The Chief Administrative Officer will also collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategic plans for the hospital's growth and development.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in healthcare administration or hospital management with proven experience in successfully leading a hospital or healthcare organization.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance guidelines.
4. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and finances effectively.
6. Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
7. Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Graduate degree in healthcare administration or business administration is a plus.
9. Certification in healthcare management or administration is a plus.
