We are seeking an experienced candidate who has worked either in the Education, Training, or NGO sector to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience with a robust network of industry contacts to effectively facilitate the placements of our youth (aspirants) in various roles.
Responsibilities
Finding placement opportunities for youth (aspirants) trained at the centers
Building and maintaining relationships to discover skills and preferences.
Liaising with Center Managers and employers during placements
Fostering relationships with local placement providers.
Maintain lists of placement students to course coordinators
Reporting student or workplace issues
Providing information and documentation about placements to youth (aspirants)
Manage and maintain a database of industry contacts, job openings, and youth (aspirant) placement progress
Organize Interviews, industry events, and networking sessions to enhance opportunities for youth (aspirant) placements
Skills Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Education, Training or NGO
Proven track record in establishing and maintaining a vast network of industry contacts that can be leveraged for youth (aspirant) placements.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with aspirants, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple s simultaneously.
Adept at career coaching, resume building, and interview preparation for individuals seeking placement opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications or qualifications in career counseling or HR are advantageous.
