Key Responsibilities: 

Client Coordination and Quality Delivery: 

  • Actively coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure the quality delivery of projects. 
  • Maintain strong communication channels with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction  

with project outcomes. 

 

People and Project Management: 

  • Manage the Tech4Good Analyst, providing guidance and support in configuring client requirements 

on the Frappe product. 

  • Ensure the Tech4Good Analyst is equipped to effectively meet project objectives and deliverables. 
  • Lead project planning, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines 

 

Support in Scale-up of Tech4Good Initiative: 

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to brainstorm, strategize, and provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the impact and reach of the Tech4Good initiative. 

 

Technology Solution Development: 

  • Oversee the development and implementation of technology products, ensuring alignment  

with project objectives. 

 

Communication and Collaboration: 

  • Maintain open communication channels with internal teams, stakeholders, multiple NGO partners. 
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve project goals effectively. 

 

Product Optimization and Solutioning: 

  • Collaborate with NGOs to understand their specific requirements and optimize the existing product accordingly. 
  • Provide solutions tailored to each NGO's needs and facilitate the deployment and implementation  

of the product. 

 

Required skillset: 

  • Exposure to technology terms, such as User Interface (UI), frontend, backend, dashboards, open-source, 
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT), staging, and production. 
  • Strong inclination towards exploring technology tools and gaining a hands-on expertise of the configurable features of the tools 
  • Strategic thinking ability, with a focus on driving the scale-up of technology initiatives 
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques, including project planning, resource allocation, 
  • risk management, and stakeholder communication 
  • Strong leadership and people management skills 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and 

 team members 

  • Willingness to undertake travel to beneficiary location and the NGO office 

 

Preferred skillset: 

  • Candidates familiar with the Frappe framework would be preferred 

 

Experience and Qualification: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in a work environment (start-up, corporate). Work experience in NGOs, CSRs, social  

impact, consulting organizations would be most ideal.  

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field 
  • Preference for candidates with PGDM in Rural Management or Public Policy from IRMA, APU, IIFM, XIMB, TISS, IIHMR, or fellowship experience from YIF, Anubhav Lecture Series, India Fellow, LAMP, Fellow, CMGGA Fellow, GGI Fellow  Indian School of Public Policy, Gandhi, Teach for India, Genpact Fellowship.
