Purpose of Job
The purpose of this role is to design and implement interventions in tribal districts. This also includes effective monitoring and supervision of the program not only in its current form but also in the expansion plans. The incumbent is expected to be able to engage with and manage partners as well as identify opportunities to build new partnerships.

Qualifications
• MBBS MPH
Or
• MD – Community Medicine
Or
• PhD Public Health

Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations of health care projects / programs
• Experience in a tribal health program / a tribal area would be given additional weightage

Key Roles / Responsibilities
• The incumbent is responsible for designing and implementing interventions in tribal districts to focus on maternal, child health adolescent health and non-communicable diseases. This also includes effective monitoring and supervision of the program not only in its current form but also in the expansion plans. The incumbent is expected to be able to engage with and manage partners as well as identify opportunities to build new partnerships.
• Ensure service quality as per standard protocols as well as developing protocols based on new evidence.
• Ensure monitoring, supervision and review of services.
• Engage with partners and stakeholders across the board.
• Play an active role in supporting the operations team in ensuring community engagement and participation.
• Carry out analysis Preparation of Reports and Presentations.
• Carrying out research for the purpose of improving operations.
• Presentations and publications in national and international fora.
