Qualifications and skills required:

• Graduate in any discipline with an understanding of Social/Development sector in the local areas. 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in local language and dialect

• Proficiency in using MS excel, MS word, Email online meeting platforms, online data entry platforms

• Proficiency in using scanning, printing and creating documents

• Demonstrates highest standards of work ethics and integrity; Key Roles and Responsibilities: Establishing centers:

• Supporting in the establishment of the designated CFL at the identified Base blocks according to the planned timeline;

• Supporting in the process of selection and identification of the block level staff, data entry operator and community volunteers; Team management;

• Provide leadership and management support to the field team in achieving all of its project targets;

• Supervising and supporting the block staffs to develop the outreach plans of the blocks according to the CLFs action plan;

• Conducting weekly review meetings (WRMs) at Center or over online platforms with the field team;

• Strengthening and troubleshooting the problems of underachieving blocks and ensuring all the block level targets are achieved timely;

• Lead team in organizing linkage camps in the villages by coordinating banks and BCAs to ensure FI. Stakeholder management, team meetings, reviews and trainings:

• Participating in meetings with key stakeholders – BLBCs and DLRCs – to present quarterly progress with Sponsor Banks as well as in meetings with other local stakeholders like PRI, community influencers etc.

• Participating in periodic review meetings to gauge progress and take mid-course corrections

• Take part in various trainings as mandated by the project Training & capacity building:

• Ensuring quality delivery of all the trainings program designed for the community members and the block level staffs;

• Conduct regular trainings and ToTs for the block level staff – in person / virtually Reporting:

• Prepare and share monthly report on the progress, challenges, corrective measures and outcomes to area manager

• Preparation and submission of Case studies and impact stories of CFL area.

• Insuring timely submission of monthly expense report of centre

• Insuring timely submission of attendance details of centre

• Supporting in any other work that is deemed necessary by the reporting managers for achieving the objectives of the project;
