Position: Manager - Government Partnership

Location: Nagpur

Job roles :

● 70% work in government partnership and 30% in program management
● Managing existing govt partnerships and creating partnership with new districts
● Liasoning with district administration including District Collectors, and key departments
such as tribal welfare department and social welfare department in the district
● Coordination with school leaders from higher secondary schools
● Timely meetings with the government official for execution of project partnership
● Compilation and organisation of documents related to partnerships and Eklavya’s
organisational strategy
● Prompt Delivery of targets and result-oriented partnership outcomes.
● At times, you might have to take on tasks outside your JD, as each one of us do.

Skills and Qualifications:

Eklavya India Foundation

1. Postgraduate in Management/Social Sciences/Public Policy/Development Studies or
equivalent
2. Experience in government-run fellowships like PMRDF, CMGGA, MGNF, etc. will be
preferable
3. Familiarity with India’s Public Administration system
4. Program and Data management
5. Self initiative/enterprising individual showing competency across verticals
6. Ability to work in a self-starting and high-pressure environment
7. Basic proficiency in data visualisation tools like Canvas, Tableau etc.
8. Good communication, writing and presentation skills including proficiency in MS Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel
9. Working Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages (written and/or verbal)
10. Ability to conduct office paperwork (in Marathi) and documentation
11. Strong communication : Marathi communication with govt office, presentation skills,
persuasion skill, relationship management, documentation and report writing
12. Tech savvy
