Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement various standard monitoring protocols (including
questionnaires and survey designs) for different programs, research studies, and
third-party assignments.
2. Lead M&E system and process development, creating a framework and procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
3. Develop proposals for conducting baseline studies, process reviews, monitoring and evaluation studies, and impact assessment studies for various donor/partner organizations.
4. Manage field-based data & information.
5. Supervise data management and analysis in the required software.
6. Provide Consultation and provide input in synthesizing a process for utilizing
baseline information in the documentation.
7. Ensure all project reports are produced on time with high quality.
8. Assist in the evaluation of different donor projects/programs.
9. Design M&E training for in-house Teams when required.
10. Define and implement the key project performance indicators (KPI) as well as
monitor them throughout the duration of the projects.
11. Perform field visits to ensure the quality of data collected by Programs and to verify the accuracy of reported data.
12. Review and analyze weekly reports to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation and to enhance the quality of reporting.
