Skills Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Strong written and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Prior experience in content creation within CSR and NGO sectors.
- Content Writing.
- Stakeholder Communication.
- Donor Proposal creation.
- Excellent communication skills and a content creation background are prerequisites.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Create communications content for Corporate Partners, Donors, and Students.
- Provide guidance and problem-solving for documentation requirements.
- Design and produce communication collaterals such as proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and analyze student data for scholarship programs.
- Interact with donors and students for various scholarship projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to implement communication strategies and mentorship events.
- Government School projects document creation.
- School Transformation Program support.
- Google Feature Classroom Program involvement.
- Smart Classroom Program coordination.
- Hygiene Projects coordination and support.
