Position Fellow ( Delivery)
Minimum graduation in any discipline, preferably the social or development sector.
Experience - 1-2  yrs relevant exp
Job Location: Odisha (Bisnupur/Kharagpur/Haldia/Khondbond/Athagarh/Balasaour/Gopalpur/Kalinganagar/Angul/Sukinda/Barmanipal )
What will you do?
 - Assist in ground implementation with delivering scheme benefits under various schemes to target beneficiary with the help of technology
- Lead and closely monitor the operations work of the community mobilizers on ground
- Meeting targets and Milestones with quality and quantity of benefits 
- Liasoning with government officials
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance and data integrity 

What you should have
Proficient in Odiya (speaking, reading, writing) , Communicable English (On email)
Good communication skills
Honesty and zeal for working towards impact 
Understands the importance of giving the best and is ready to take on challenges
Good with Excel, Word, Internet.
