Position: Centre Coordinator

Location: Asansol, West Bengal

Required candidates for Centre Coordinator for one position based in Asansol for an Education Programme for underprivileged children. Candidates from Asansol and surrounding areas will be preferred. No lodging support will be provided to candidates from outside Asansol if selected.


Salary: 12,000/- per month


Work hours: Minimum of 48 hours a week


Job Description

This is a field-based job where over 80% time needs to be spent on the field.
Building a relationship with children and their parents in the project area and forming and interacting with children's groups while conducting education sessions.
Interacting with local community influencers, government officials and departments including ICDS, schools and clubs
Submitting data and reports of work in the required format on a weekly basis.
Attend any training that is required to carry out the job effectively.

Qualifications required


Graduate with good academic background. A degree in social work or related disciplines will be preferred

Good communication and group facilitation skills

Working knowledge of speaking, reading and writing in Bangla, Hindi and English is necessary.

Basic computer knowledge in Word and Excel.
