Key Responsibilities:
•S/he will be responsible to ensure all cases under child rights (Child Marriage, Child Trifling and Child Sexual Abuse) are intervened as per intervention protocols laid out by JEETA.
•Develop and execute a monthly plan with team for proper implementation of the programme.
•Responsible for counselling children whenever required.
•Ensure regular and systematic documentation of all activities. Present the cases at various internal and external forums.
•Maintain and supervise all expenditure related to the programme and submit periodically activity report
•Liaise with the line departments and stakeholders for awareness programmes and case intervention
•Organise different events and show case the project accomplishments at district level meeting
•Mentor and support team through feedback, regular review, planning meeting and perspective building training
•Submit the report to funder in time.
Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience:
•Post Graduate and Graduate in any discipline with 3-4 years of experience on Child Rights
•Ready to invest in own learning / openness to learn.
•Ready to work in an informal work environment with diverse team.
•Travel to interior villages and ready to stay where and when require
•Experience in conducting / facilitating learning activities with children and community people
•Comfortable in using Microsoft word, MS excel etc. for documentation and reporting
Pay Range: Rs.27000 to Rs.30000/- (Tax will be deducted as per the law). Travel and communication allowance will be given as per the organisation policy.
