Position: Project Coordinator

Organization: Multiple Action Research Group

Location: Delhi

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for overall supervision of the project activities.
2. Design and executes project work plans to meet the goals and objective of the project.
3. Ensure good coordination with all stakeholders, local administration and local community.
4. Responsible for planning, program design, and ensuring its proper implementation at the field level.
5. Monitoring visits to the field and providing technical support to field staff.
6. Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to Head Office.
7. To provide day-to-day guidance to project staff.
8. Supervise the team for conducting baseline survey, end line survey and ensure proper data entries
9. Share the progress of ongoing activities of the project and future plans in line with the project plan with the Executive director
10. Share and finalize the program documents (formats) for required compliance in consultation with the Executive director.
11. Development of IEC material as per the project requirement.
 

Required Qualification and Skills:
1. Master’s degree in Social Work/LL.M
2. Good understanding of women’s right and access to justice mechanism in India
3. Fluent in spoken and written English and Hindi
4. Efficient time management skills, willingness to work with a tight deadline and ability to work in complex and diverse working environments.
5. Well-versed with computer applications, data analyses, Word Processing, and Audio-Visual PowerPoint Presentations.
6. Competent writing skills with ability to describe analyse and report project progress.
7. Good monitoring and evaluation kills
8. Having own laptop to facilitate the work

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience
Duration: 1st Aug. 2023 - 31st March 2024 (Contractual)
Remuneration: Rs.40, 000/- per month plus TA for outstation travel.
