Position: Branch Operation Manager

A Branch Manager is a professional charged with managing the day-to-day operations of a Tadsha-Rista Microfinance activities. . These responsibilities include developing business plans and attaining distribution of Loan, delivering great customer care, and growing revenue through increased lending activity. He/She also responsible for the day to day branch operations ensuring timely opening and closing of the branch, service to the customers for all services, keeping high level micro-finance activities standards. Ensure branch is opened & closed as per the approved timelines.
Responsibilities
? Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and microfinance activities.
? Assess local SHG conditions and identify current and prospective loan opportunities.
? Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
? Meet goals and metrics.
? Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
? Bring out the best of personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation to staffs
? Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
? Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
? Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
? Network to improve the presence and reputation of the NGO and Funding Agencies.
? Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
Minimum qualifications, experience & competencies required:
? Branch Operations Manager must have a bachelor’s degree A minimum of three to five years of experience in management of Microfinance activities. Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
? Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
? Familiarity with Microfinance activities rules and regulations
? Excellent organizational skills
? Results driven and customer focused
? Leadership and human resources management skills
