Position: Project Manager

Location: Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh

We’re looking for candidates with:
• Degree/Diploma in Rural Marketing, Social Work, Education and/or
Agriculture
• Work experience: 2-4 years of experience in executing
programs/activities in rural India o Demonstrated ability to work in a
team and/or manage a team
• Effective interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Oral and written language fluency in English and Hindi
• Access to a laptop or computer and internet connectivity
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Google Docs,
Sheets & Slides
• Based out of Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar or Jharkhand
• Passionate about improving the lives of audiences in rural India

Selected candidates shall shoulder the following responsibilities:
• Build a team of local, on-ground personnel to execute the program
• Train your team as per the program requirements
• Prepare a plan of execution for the program
• Ensure timely execution of the program
• Monitor the execution, identify problem areas, and assist the team in
problem-solving
• Escalate issues which the team and you are not being able to fix
despite attempts
• Report of the execution of the program
• Capture feedback from key stakeholders on the impact of the program
• Report on the impact of the program

• Fixed pay as per industry standards + performance bonus
