Position: Field Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
• The Field Coordinator will be responsible for effective and meaningful implementation of the project.
• Conduct door to door field survey whenever necessary
• Rapport building with the target population of community and create awareness of MNCHA.
• Liaison with Govt officials, PRI officials and frontline workers to strengthen convergence and collaboration.
• Implement block level community mobilization & block level project implementation plan onground execution
• Coordinate and provide support to disseminate materials pertain to Social Behaviour & Change Communication (SBCC) at the field level.
• Any other task related to the project as assigned by Head Office or Donor.
Qualification
• 10+2/Graduate with 2 years of experience in development sector, preferably MNCHA system. He/She should have understanding on areas under Maternal and Child Health & Nutrition, Govt. officials’ liaison, field work, data collection and reporting will be an added advantage. Candidates from the community will be preferred.
Competencies
• Good communication (verbal & written) in English and local language is must.
• Knowledge of MS-Office is essential.
• Knowledge of community mobilization strategies.
• Willing to travel extensively, in assigned project intervention district (25-days a month)
• Knowledge of local language
• Efficiency in mobile usage for capturing project related data.
• Must have personal two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Must have smart phone and working knowledge on APPs
• Must reside in the vicinity of duty area or from the community of the assigned duty area.
Salary
Salary will be commensurate with the previous drawn salary, qualification and experience.
