Deliverables:
This is a program staff position (techno-managerial) – the Program Officer is expected to facilitate and conduct all tasks required of him/ her with regards to the operations for the eLearning programs assigned to him/ her. The key deliverables for the role are as follow:
- Overall coordination and support in the development and day-to-day administration of eLearning Programs, including preparation of schedules, maintenance of eL academic calendar, coordination with students.
- Facilitate processes for demand generation and marketing of academic programs (eLearning and On campus Programs).
- Creating and maintaining a database of academic contacts (institutions, organizations, industries, individuals, other stakeholders etc.).
- Facilitating the process of selection and admission of the candidates for eL courses.
- Maintenance of batch-wise eL program details at IIPH Delhi (programs offered, number of students enrolled, number of students passed out, nomination details, etc.for each program being coordinated).
- Coordination of activities related to the evaluation of the eL programs being coordinated at IIPH Delhi.
- Provision of inputs for the preparation of progress report and website of IIPH- Delhi.
- Coordinate with respective faculty, students, administration and IT staff for eL programs related functions.
- Assist faculty members in organizing the respective eL programs.
- Timely preparation of reports, as and when needed.
- Administrative coordination for all meetings to be held under the eL programs.
- Liaison with other departments and students of IIPH-Delhi.
- Any other responsibility I task assigned by the Director IIPH-Delhi

- Around 3 years of work experience, preferably in eLearning academic programs.
- Hands on experience in coordination/ management/ administration of academic programs
- Preference would be given to candidates with relevant experience
- Prior experience working in Learning Management System
- Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in cross culture teams
- Ability to plan, conceptualize and organize.
- in public health or other related discipline.
- Any other relevant certification would be an asset
