Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Administrator to manage our Multispeciality hospital in a Dolvi, Maharashtra. The Hospital Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, managing the staff, and ensuring that the hospital provides high-quality care to all patients.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hospital, including the administration, medical staff, and support staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the hospital is operating efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure that the hospital is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor the quality of care provided by the hospital and make improvements as necessary.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical staff, patients, and the local community.
• Manage the hospital budget and ensure that financial goals are met.
• Recruit, train, and manage hospital staff, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Manage patient and family complaints and work to resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records for all patients.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in healthcare administration and technology.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in hospital administration.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse team of medical and support staff.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Understanding of the challenges and opportunities of operating a hospital in a remote location.
