Position: Programme Manager, Education

Major duties and responsibilities:
• Team Management and Coordination
• Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of activities
• Educational Research and Development on Pedagogy and learning module
• Development of Evaluation Tools for Learning Outcomes of children
• Stakeholder coordination and Management
• Carry out and implement set activities as per the Goal and Objectives of the Trust
• To maintain and update the baseline data/information, performance charts, monthly activity reports, digital data collection, children profile, etc.
Qualification and Experiences:
• Should have minimum 3 years of experience in team management and education project management
• The candidate should be a Graduate with experience in the Education Sector
• Candidates having B.Ed. / MSW degree or qualification in Development Studies are preferred
• Candidates who have completed education related fellowships are preferred
• Candidates having work experience in Education, Assessment and module development
• Excellent oral and written communication skill in Odia and English
• Working knowledge in computer skills (Spreadsheets, Online Meeting, Internet, MS-Office)

• Basic knowledge on Digital platform
• Innovation and forward thinking
• Knowledge on Research and analytics
• Interest to work with children
• Open to multi-task work
• Having own Two-Wheeler with License

Salary
20K-25K as per qualification and experience. Travel allowance and other employee benefits will be provided as per organization policy.
