Organization Description
The Independent Consulting Group (ICG) is a boutique strategic management consulting firm. We provide advisory and consulting services to our clients both in-person and remotely in the following areas: strategic planning, project evaluation, DEIB Strategy, and sustainability strategy and reporting.

Job Description
- Experience working on research and/or evaluation projects from conception, developing appropriate methodologies, conducting primary and secondary research, through to analysis, report writing and publication.

- Excellent statistical skills, with experience analyzing large-scale datasets.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing research reports and presenting findings to a range of audiences, especially communicating complex research to non-technical audiences.

- Highly adept at using Excel and statistical analysis software (e.g. SPSS, Stata, R, or similar).

- Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders, involving users in the development of research and supporting on dissemination.

- Excellent attention to detail, with experience working with others to ensure high quality and accurate outputs.
