Organization is a partnership with United Nations Institute for Training and Research (and other partners), offers internationally recognized online degree and diplomas in global health, supply chain, and management.
It is a registered charity in India and in the USA, dedicated towards building capacities of individuals and organizations (grassroots NGOs and CBOs) through innovative and sustainable digital learning initiatives.
Launched in 2020, is specially created for and dedicated to building the capacities of grassroots NGOs and CBOs in India and globally by implementing digital learning projects. Grassroot NGOs and CBOs, despite their last mile connect, are often faced with challenges in funding and resource mobilization due to a lack of proper management system, communication, and mobilization skills, or preparedness of the internal organization.

What we are looking for
12-15 years of experience in Training & Capacity Building, preferably in the Development or Health sector. Exposure to e-learning and capacity building at scale is required.
Strong network with donor funds, UN agencies, INGOs, Government. Network with private sector will be a plus.
Ability to demonstrate effective leadership and decision-making skills.
Strong budgeting and financial skills, with the ability to manage commercial negotiations at the CXO level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent prioritization skills – in a busy multi-disciplinary environment.
Confident and experienced in facilitating and leading meetings.
